Easy to make, this sweet bread is a guest favorite. It does have to rise overnight, so be sure to allow enough time.
- 18 frozen Rhodes bread rolls
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Butter a 10-cup bundt pan
Sprinkle pecans on bottom of pan and cover with rolls.
Sprinkle butterscotch pudding over rolls.
Melt butter, add brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour over rolls. Leave out or in oven uncovered overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
